Productivity Advice that Actually Brightens My Day
Tonya previously came out with Periscopes on productivity and goal setting, and I was so,so sad when the video site she had them loaded to was taken down (because I couldn't remember everything she had walked through on goal setting). So... obviously... I got really excited when I heard about these podcasts! I really like Tonya's method toward productivity because it's so attainable. I'm a perfectionist, and I have anxiety. Many productivity/scheduling advices leave me feeling like I should already be scheduling everything perfectly and here's a planner to fit my perfect system into (I know this is not the person's intention... it's just how I feel). I love that she comes from a position of "this is a journey, you will progress, and things will improve as you keep working at it". She's all about breaking things down, flexibility, and really customizing things to yourself. And to those worried about her mom-ing out... I'm a 27-year-old woman who truly sees her dogs as her children. Yes she mentions her family and kids a lot, but that's because she's using life examples and guess what... she has kids in her life. Even when she's talking about her children and her mom priorities, I still find her examples and advice really relatable because the point I'm drawing from her is about choosing priorities. Ultimately, I just enjoy listening to her. She keeps it real (yes, we all trip up sometimes), but manages to keep a really optimistic tone. Listening to her videos/podcasts just always brightens up my day.Read full review »

I purchased an Inkwell Planner the very first year they came out. Every year since, Tonya and her amazing Company have become essential in my daily planning and learning to be a better goal-setter. Love her wisdom and so glad she is sharing it through this platform. Great job!
