Staying on Track in Social Situations
Listen now
Description
One of the biggest challenges people face when trying to get healthy is how to stay on track during holidays, parties, and social situations. I spent the 4th of July with family and have a few lessons to share about socializing while on a carnivore diet (or any diet!) During my weekend at the cabin, I stayed carnivore the whole time. I brought my own food, and cooked all my own meals. Yes, I dealt with a lot of questions and comments about my food choices. In this episode I give you some tips on how to address the attention when you are eating differently than the rest of the group. I have three big tips for you on how to gracefully handle social situations while you are maintaining a special diet. Later in Season 5, I’ll be doing a Q&A episode. Now is the time to submit your questions. You can send me a message on Instagram, or submit a question here.
