“I stumbled upon this podcast by accident but really love it! Madeline shares her tips and advice for someone like me who is new to keto. I love the way she explains things. After listening I have realized I am doing lots of things wrong when it comes to my diet. I am not eating enough fat on my veggies which then makes me hungry in between meals which leads to snacking and then feeling guilty . Her podcast is so full of great tips I started writing them all down so I don’t forget. I also now realize that keto is not about tons of meat and cheese but more about lots of non starchy veggies, good fats and moderate amounts of protein. I learn so much from every episode!!!
