Hi lovely, It’s Selina here today, bringing to you what I feel is such a powerful and important conversation about a topic that many of us (myself included) really don’t talk about enough. And we need to. In this episode I had the wonderful opportunity to talk to Anna Lyons and Louise Winter, authors of ‘We All Know How This Ends - Lessons about Life and Living from Working with Death and Dying’.  Anna is an end-of-life doula and Louise is a progressive funeral director and together they have written an incredible, practical guide to navigating death, dying, grieving, losing ones we love and supporting those that have lost a loved one.  They teach us how and why we all need to think about death in a radically different way and why it is important for us all to talk more about it more. And so that is what we did in this episode. We talked about death and dying. From arranging funerals and the creative ways you can do it, to end-of-life care and how wonderful hospices in the UK are, to the best way to support someone when they are grieving the loss of a loved one, to the importance of us all getting more used to death by talking about it.  I cannot recommend their book more.
