Really great information about plants you may not have heard of. If you are a grower in the northeast you need to do yourself a favor and listen to this podcast!

Hard to overemphasize how much I learn from every episode of this. It’s been a big inspiration for my own gardening. Love being able to go so in depth on other people’s experiences. Thanks Aaron and Tim for bringing in such awesome guests and bringing your own knowledge to the table.

I really enjoy the single-genus focus of this podcast series. The guests are truly experts, and still usually learn something from Aaron. There’s a serendipity to the conversational format. I really struggle with listening to these episodes. I don’t want to be rude so I’m just going to say some content is highly informed and helpful and some really doesn’t need to be included at all.

One of those podcasts where I get so wrapped up in what I’m learning about that I get shocked and bummed when an episode ends. Thanks for sharing so much knowledge in easy to understand ways!

In order of how good they are, here are some podcasts that cover similar topics that are significantly better in my opinion. 1.the poor proles almanac- extremely well researched, actually funny, has taught me so much 2. Partisan gardens - only comes out once a month but a highlight of my month....Read full review »

There’s so much good information in these episodes about how to grow food, medicine, and community. And they’re pretty funny, too. Highly recommend.

Typically when a podcast has one guy that knows a lot of stuff and one guy that knows very little about anything, at least the second guy is usually funny. Not the case here
