On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we are joined by the newest Welsh record holder and the 100m Backstroke British Champion, Medi Harris.    After a stunning start to 2022, in which Medi took down Georgia Davies' Welsh 100m backstroke Record, going 59.30 at Long Course BUCS, she has earnt her spot on the British Swimming World Championships team for this summer in Budapest.    We talk about how her season's expectations changed after her stunning BUCS swim, the pressure she put on herself going into British Champs, and her journey from Age Group champion to British Champion with the help of Swim Wales.
