The Phantom Tentacle
Escape Artists, the folks that bring us such aural delights as Escapepod, Podcastle and of course Pseudopod, have in the past, proved themselves to be both hardworking and dedicated. And they deserve to have and persue lives beyond the narrow sphere of these podcasts. What is usually meant by the saying 'you get what you pay for' is that the quality of any given commodity is proportional to it's cost. Well... Pseudopod and her step-sisters are among the few exceptions to that rule. As with them, you actually get something for nothing. They owe us nothing beyond that. But since so many of us, have come to depend on and indeed care about not only the entertainment but the entertainers. It would have been nice if the dictates of common courtesy had impelled the parties in question to issue the ocassional explanation. In any case, I miss you and wish you well, regardless of whether or not you return. But I do hope you return, soon.Read full review »

A great mix of horror of all kinds - I really like this pod. Found it through its sister SF site, Escape Pod.

Like Escape Pod and PodCastle, this audio magazine presents a variety of excellent stories. PseudoPod is always creepy and sometimes downright stomach-turning. Production and audio quality on this is seriously high caliber.
