Stumbled into Excellence
I stumbled across this podcast as a plebeian (non-doctor) looking to understand my mental health from an expert’s perspective, and I got hooked. My favorite episodes have been the episode on consent and competence (with a medical ethicist), the eclectic episode with Nancy McWilliams, the episode on personality disorders featuring Jonathan Shedler, and the two episodes with Joseph Goldberg. The thing I love most about this podcast is that I can listen to an episode more than once, and always come away with new information or insights. Definitely worth a listen!

I found this podcast very easy to follow. This coming from someone who has no medical background/experience. The first episode was very interesting and informative. I do see this benefiting my day to day. Looking forward to the next episode!
