I enjoy this but …
I write from a UK NHS context and I find myself very interested in the dialogue in these podcasts, I love the depth and thoughtfulness, but also frustrated at how often it neglects power, other ways of knowing and making sense of phenomena, the impact of intersecting identity and the unchecked privilege that shows up. More systemic thinking and diversity would add to this otherwise enjoyable podcast. The episode on female psychopathy hosted by three men talking about women, one noting a conversation with their wife about what it means to be a woman, had me reeling!
