Medical student here, appreciating the podcast
Valuable information, delivered well, useful for learning psychiatric principles as well as ones own mental health journey. The podcast logo is clean and appropriate, the host is calm and present, very articulate and fluent, pleasant and balanced mood, clear and coherent associations of well researched ideas with themes valuable to those learning about psychiatry. The host is intelligent with good insight and judgement! ;D
