Caw!
Ya know, with all of the options out there, why do so many people, including former junior hockey talent evaluators living in the Midwestern United States, trust their ears to the Pucks on Net podcast? It could be Dave's condescending, dickish attitude where he thinks he's better at everything than everyone. It could be the fact that PMac reluctantly comes on the podcast once a month after doing some Curling play by play. It could be Geeta's Apothic Red fueled tinder tales. Or it could be the glue, Ryan Schaap. The bench gives you some hockey hot takes (Burrows can't skate and he can't score), the occasional recommendations for strip clubs in Vancouver to get a cup of coffee or perhaps it's nutrition advice to Jake Virtanen. (lay off the pies, Jakey!) With all of that, you'd expect them to charge some sort of fee, like A CUPPLABUCKS?!?!!?!!?, but no, these guys offer all of the hijinx for the low, low price of free! ... Unless you want to donate to their Paetreon page and they will send you pucks and shirts and stuff for A CUPPLABUCKS!?!?!? So tune your pod catchers to these guys and guyette, for some fun hockey banter and other light hearted fun chatter. Oh and if you're in Vancouver, check out Dr. B-Rad and Image Optometry for all of your eyecare needs.Read full review »

Not the biggest hockey fan, but this podcast is informative and entertaining! Great personal stories from the commentators :)

I basically take everything these guys say and regurgitate it to my friends as my own impressive hockey knowledge. It also has me chuckling out loud quite often, so fair warning when listening in public. Highly, highly recommend!
