Sermon Prep, Bible Study, All Around Good Entertainment
I am a pastor and preach regularly throughout the year. I prefer preaching from the lectionary and these guys always give great insights for each lectionary reading. They also provide a good amount of resources for each passage, which can be helpful, because, let’s be honest, one should never preach only from one resource (cough) even if it is a good book (cough). There are times I may not preach from the lectionary, but I still will listen to them, because their discussions offer a spiritual primer for my week. Plus, they are entertaining. Good things are said, funny jokes are made, culture is referenced and the divine is highlighted. It’s worth the hour of your time.

I feel like I’m sitting at the pub or coffee shop with them. Sometimes even the “checking in” banter at the top...Read full review »
