“I love the way Cara digs right in and gets right to the problems that face women today. She doesn’t approach issues with a cookie cutter solution that only works for a small percentage of highly motivated women with lots of outside support. I myself, I would love to get up an hour before everyone in my house to have time to “center myself” and start my day off right but I’m a full-time caregiver to my 89 year old mother/geriatric toddler who may or may not have been up since 4am. Most of the productivity gurus tell you their one and only way to make your life better. Cara gives alternatives solutions to help you adapt when your life doesn’t fit normal conventions. I only started to listen a few months ago but now I wait for each new episode.”
