To say I love these podcasts is the understatement of the year. I’ve lost some weight since January mainly cycling and dieting. Recently started running, and looked for a kind of motivational series of podcasts to help me on my morning runs. The knowledge and experience of the host Shane is second to none, and his guests are likewise. Love his interview style, great banter with guests as well as priceless info and knowledge and experience. Great for beginners like myself or pro athletes. Love love love it. Keep up the great work. Getting back to running after a break and discovered Shaun via Instagram - new to the podcast and loving the mix of content, enthusiasm and expertise. Great for distracting me on a run and now signed up for the online training. Thanks for such a great listen.
