“As a lover of stand up comedy, I've listened to every single podcast and the host Cameron Esposito has failed to make me laugh, even once. I've now taken to fast forwarding all of her material. Of course, comedy is a personal thing, so maybe you`ll like her. Here's a joke sample: "It turns out that Madonna is a real live person................". No really, that was the entire joke. Here's a sample of her crowd work, "Sir, you have short legs". Yep, even the crickets fall silent when Cameron speaks. She actually thinks its funny to RANDOMLY START YELLING FOR NO APPARENT REASON!!! So if you enjoy the comedic stylings of the former Aflac duck, Gilbert Godfried, you may enjoy her. I do not.. Honestly, I rarely hear any laughter coming from the audience whatsoever. I will give her credit for her interviews, they are very good. Perhaps she should stick to that role.
As for the comedians, most are above average, and worth a listen.”Read full review »
