Demoralizing!
It’s so sad and demoralizing for bishops trying so hard to do the Work and while we respect the free agency of the individual, and becoming sensitive spiritually to the needs and nuanced needs of the members is a 24/7 genuine quest. I love this podcast. Everything Rosie has done has helped me to be able to stay in the LDS Church. Her perspective is open and honest! I love how brave she about creating a space for progressive Mormons like me!
