“Unfortunately, most ham radio podcasts are pretty awful, but there are a couple of shining stars (like Solder Smoke), and QSO today. This is the one ham radio podcast that you don't have to feel embarassed to listen to. It is done very well and leaves you inspired about the hobby. The people that are interviewed are hams who have made some contribution to make the hobby even better and each interview really leaves you fired up.
