Queen’s Soul Food is a student run organization which delivers the unconsumed food from Queen’s University campus cafeterias to local Kingston shelters every night. The program consists of student volunteers delivering surplus food from the dining halls to homeless shelters within the community. Soul Food not only provides healthy food through community outreach, but also reduces the amount of waste going into landfills.
Roya DelSol and Katie Marquardt are both 4th year Queen's students and members of the Soul Food executive. Roya and Katie manage Marketing and Recruitment.
