Both the episode featuring Jon Chu and Jessica Malaty (Rivera) were great! Jed does such a good job giving us a glimpse into their lives and letting them tell their stories. Jew the episodes coming!

This is my first podcast review, that’s how much I appreciate this podcast. I have always enjoyed Jedidiah’s writing and to hear it in conversation form with his guests is awesome, warming and wholesome all in the same stride. Can’t wait to listen to more episodes and purchase his latest book.

Your conversation with Lauren about friendships and knowing who you are in your 30’s is so important. I feel seen and called out all at the same time, and I love it. I could listen to you two talk for dayssss.

It can go from deconstructing religion and finding your calling to “Starbeam putting a yoni crystal in her yojonjon” really quick and I’m here for it 👏

This series is the bomb!!! Finding this podcast is like finding 25 four-leaf clovers in a field while watching a baseball game with your childhood friend. This guy is some serious DCFF! Can’t wait for all the episodes!!

I love Jed’s books and I love his voice so I figured his podcast would not disappoint (which it doesn’t). He’s just so open and honest and you can tell he truly has a gift of sharing his life experiences and having people he knows share theirs as well. Love this podcast, hope he keeps it up! These little known facts about Jedidiah swirled in with super interesting and relevant content. Better than a DQ Blizzard…which means a lot in my book.

Loved, loved, loved the discussion with your very human friend who happens to be a famous movie producer about work, creativity, and life. “You are what you do everyday!” Keep going!

Thank you thank you! Cannot wait to hear them all. Love both books and have been telling everyone willing to hear (or not!!) to read them both. And loved the episodes with Phillip (aka Weston) and your mom. ❤️

What an inspiring and cathartic conversation this was for me, Barb and Jed. I’ve obviously read the book/s and my own origin story is not unlike yours... single Mom, strong Christian faith background and my own singular, fraught journey. Barb is a wise and loving woman, you are a fortunate man...Read full review »

I felt like the book ended abruptly and this episode was the perfect wrap up. The way Jed and Philip interact is fun and easy to enjoy as if you’re sitting right there with them.

I loved the book. And I love how this podcast takes things even a little deeper. Two episodes in and I’m obsessed with learning more from the amazing conversations shared with the characters/people of the book. The story continues!

Love this idea. Love you Jed. And love how authentic this podcast is. I can feel the characters from To Shake The Sleeping Self coming to life, and I love how Jed appreciates the unique attributes of each person in this story. It makes the reader realize there’s something to learn from everyone :).

I love this additional layer to “knowing” Jed after reading the book. It’s fun to hear the voices on the podcast only heard before in my head. Let be heading the stories behind the stories. Keep them coming!
