“Love the concept of the show but definitely hoping it can improve in 2 areas:
-An additional focus on interviews with people who have successfully quit, with Dan asking this successful person on what challenges they faced in their prior job, how they got the courage to make the decision to quit, and how that has since affected his/her life. Also, it would be interesting for this interviewee and Dan to accept calls afterwards from listeners and answer from two perspectives. Currently it sounds as if Dan is covering multiple aspects of his life story and accepting "fish in the barrel" calls hoping that the caller brings up solid points.
-Co-hosting: The challenge with having the producer on the show supporting Dan is that she tries hard to support Dan; however, it can feel misguided and forced at times. Additionally, it doesn't help when Dan refutes what she states. As a listener, we trust in Dan to be the person that is "right" so when he challenges the co-host, we side with Dan and not her.
