“I think this show sounds like it's going to be great. A really good story so far (1 episode in). But the issue I am having is that being from the makers of Tanis and The Black Tapes it sounds REALLY similar. And I don't just mean in format. I mean the sound effects and background noises (typing, police chatter, etc) are the same and being used in the same way. It just makes it feel disingenuous. I want to love this but I fear that that repetative feel is going to be a turn off. Also, a small critique, Podcasts are more mainstream now. So when someone says 'Is this for your radio show' or the like and they always correct them to say 'a podcast' ... like it's some newfangled technology is annoying.”Read full review »
