Clear tips towards your best manger self
Before I get to work, I listen to Kim, Amy, and Jason to decide what I’ll intentionally work on today/this week with my team. The discussion during the podcast really helps reframe and understand the approach. The tips at the end are just a perfect bit size summary for all that we heard. And I truly appreciate the web posts with all the additional material for when a subject is particularly interesting!

Russ and Kim are funny, engaging, self-deprecating. Totally refreshing. I love the stories they share about their own experiences in management. Often in areas where they've screwed up in the past! Helpful for both managers and those who want "manage upwards." New favorite podcast,Read full review »
