“I’ve used the Headspace App for almost 18 months now which has been a key element in the development of patience and positive mindset, especially after becoming a parent for the first time, almost 4 years ago. So when I heard that Andy was hosting a new podcast, I knew I would be tuning in, especially as it’s only 5 mins a day! Perfect for a busy, working parent of 2 under 4!!
I just listened to Episode 4. which really resonated with me as a parent and to learn that Andy and his wife also have young children made it very relatable for me - as he is speaking from direct experience.
Andy gives us guidance, suggestions, ideas for another perspective . One which we may not have considered before listening and one thing I’ve learned during meditation is not to see everything as black or white or right or wrong. But to take as it is and ‘give space’ to it to let it be and let me mind deal with it before processing and moving on.

“Appreciate the podcast!
A little confused, however, as to why Radio Headspace is being called a “new” podcast. What about all the podcasts by the same name that are still found on the Headspace website and SoundCloud?
That said, I’ll take all the Headspace that I can get!”
