Jade gave an example of a “Garbage deal” ($3000/mo car payment for 96 months 🤮) She calculated the opportunity cost of not investing that amount but NOT the true cost: $3000 x 96 months= $288,000. She rightly pointed out that the seller at the dealership who pushed such a deal lacked integrity & that the buyer lacked basic financial knowledge.”
