Old fan
I used to love this show and listen to it every week. Jim Clemente was so cool to me...until he lost his head over the kavanaugh hearings. Jim went off on an incredibly angry tangent about how Brett kavanaugh was innocent, and went on to uncharacteristically victim blame and shame.i know there’s a lot of posts about these episodes from his other podcast (BCWC) but I haven’t been able to listen to Jim’s voice since hearing that disgusting episode. I’ve never felt more offended and dismissed. It’s clear that there’s a personal connection between him and Kavanaugh. This may be an old incident, but I get a visceral reaction whenever one of his shows is suggested to me on the podcast platform. So so disappointed.

This is an absurd podcast. They clearly do not represent all facts 100%. They use their "expert" status to forge opinions without having access to the cases. They do not represent Steve Avery, and only represent the victims. Guilty or not, Steve Avery had the system stacked against him.Read full review »

I really like the idea of this podcast--using behavioral analysts to go through this series--but it doesn't really seem like they did their research. The timeline they established is completely off about the original trial. At least watch the series twice before you create a podcast about it.Read full review »
