“The story:
I've known Joe McCall for several months now and found out about him from an online webinar through a club. His online training and other content that he releases is packed with so much content that you can apply and put to work right away. Since our first exchanges through email first starting out as his student I'm proud that he's currently a business partner on a separate venture IN ADDITION to partnering up with him on actual real estate deals.
The store behind the story:
I'm not even originally from here, I flew half way around the world by myself from the Philippines in late '07 I've spent the last few years finding a way to get started in real estate investments because I'm a recent graduate, work multiple jobs, and want financial success. I've devoured books at the local library along with enough receipts in late fines that I should be considered a Co-Founder or at least a valued Donor of that and other libraries.
I've driven up to 4 hours and sat through multiple "Real Estate Investment Seminars" only to find out its a big sales pitch for another "Seminar or Coaching Program" that costs $30,000 to learn and become their "family" (and I've been through multiple different companies/brands as well. Some were from companies and names that I used to trust which turns out they just borrow some famous celebrity or well known name to sell their coaching packages.) Something really wierd about being sold hard and paying that much money for a coaching program along with someone else's commission who is not the same coach at the end of the day. So many of them were also strategies that I have come to learn were never a good place for me to start out anyway.
I've spent hours late into the evening watching different infomercials on TV , talking to some call center person halfway around the world about real estate investing and being asked for my cc information. I've read blogs and looked up coaches and trainers who are online who sell their products through someone else or outsource their coaching. Then there's at least another $4,000++ I have paid to learn content.
Here's what I've come to find from that experience: Joe and the other veterans and successful investors that he works with have fair pricing if not super cheap I've seen him and his group do weekly training courses for as low as $97. Joe runs his own coaching program working with his students. He continues to develop his own content applying it in the current market and even created complimentary strategies. His target market is broad from the first timer/newbie to seasoned veterans. He has the content, paperwork, strategies and even an outsourcing service to not only help you get started but to fully automate your real estate business. (That means doing deals without doing any of the work except getting the payment). Its a one stop shop.
How do I know that much?
It is because not only am I a student for the past several months but also because he is a business partner on a VirtualAssistant/RE Marketing service and our own real estate deals. I am super grateful because overall its been all growth through up and down times. He's introduced me to other experts and really expanded my opportunities. To date, I have the option to work anywhere -even from home and I have seen his other students/partners be able to do it in the amount of time I've worked with him.
