The schiznit for RE junkies new and old
Joe can sometimes be monotone in his delivery but the content he packs into the podcast is the Fishizzle. Alex when he's paying attention and in the mix delivers the two in the Muy thai,one- two punch, they deliver. So if your going to listen to this podcast, keep your pants and shirts on! Because Joe and Alex may not have theirs on! I think the show should be sponsored by the Makers of Underoos! Because when you least expect it the guests tell you they too, sit around and do deals in their hanes. Thank godness they do this stuff virtually and show and tell you how to do this from the comfort of your desk chair. They really lead by example, and are genuine homies. Just listen they're contagiously addictive and you may make a buck or two in the process. Cheers Gentlemnen!Read full review »

Joe and Alex have an unconventional interview style, almost goofy. But the questions they ask and the content they cover is invaluable. It is almost like getting your masters degree in real estate. I highly recommend it.
