Liz is joined by Kit Mowdy of the Mowdy Ranch Mustang Trail Run.  The Mowdy Ranch Mustang Run is June 11, 2016 near Coalgate, Oklahoma.  This race is held on the stunning grounds of a wild mustang horse ecosanctuary. This year, runners can chose from distances from 5k all the way up to 50k.  Kit talks about how and why they started the race and the planning and preparation that goes into this trail run.
