Just months after running her first marathon, Kim Abel was stricken with the rare neurological Guillain-Barre syndrome. Liz is joined by Kit Mowdy of the Mowdy Ranch Mustang Trail Run.  The Mowdy Ranch Mustang Run is June 11, 2016 near Coalgate, Oklahoma.  This race is held on the stunning grounds of a wild mustang horse ecosanctuary.
