“I absolutely understand what you’re saying. I did one Whole30 and I believe it gave me a totally new understanding of nutrition and it was the beginning of my nutritional journey. But that’s all, an introduction to clean eating and not a lifestyle of Whole30. Constantly restricting your diet will only lead to binging in the end.
