“I originally found Dana through her takeover on the whole30 instagram and then began following her and her podcast religiously for the past few months. I love her honesty and how she goes into the science to explain why we feel the way we feel about food sometimes. It is incredibly useful IF you need to alter your diet for therapeutic reasons. That said, I am one of the many people that began to take this too seriously, and began to have a negative relationship with food as a result.
