Great Podcast!
Love this Podcast! I follow Dana on Instagram, I just started listening and I’m hooked. I’m super picky about podcasts too, most people doing them seem woefully unprepared or don’t know how to speak in a dynamic and interesting way. Dana may say “umm” here or there but she is very easy to listen to and learn from. Also her kind personality and passion for nutrition are evident in how she delivers information. I really truly have a hard time finding podcasts I like and I’m loving this one. So great for your first Whole 30 or if you are like me and have done ones before- still a ton of great stuff. Gets me pumped and excited about the heathy choices I’m making. I already binged 4 episodes and I’ll be a regular listener for sure! Thanks Dana!

ALSO! yes, she uses foul...Read full review »
