New follower who is recovering from disordered eating
I found Dana on Instagram and loved her mindset on food positivity. Then through watching her stories I learned she had a podcast. I purged and binged for 12 years and have been in recovery for 10 years now. I have done the whole30 and love it but it made me even more anxious about my food choices. I struggle with the yes and no list of foods and am working hard on letting myself just eat real food without any guilt. I love that Dana is taking her personal and professional experience to further her business to help others like me have a positive mindset around food. Let’s all work on ending diet culture together! Thankful I found you and I look forward to healing even more by surrounding myself with likeminded professionals like you.

I chimed into this podcast from Dana’s IG story about why she’s quitting Whole30. Episode 56 was spot on. I feel like she hit every mark on the downsides of Whole30 and what it’s really like in life post-Whole 30. Awesome info that needs be shared from an insider perspective!

You can tell she is well educated on the topic and she's fun to listen to. Feels like you're hanging out with a friend. I like that she's invested in health, but NOT in obsession!Read full review »
