“I don’t think there is any other job in life that can refine us, humble us and teach us quite like parenting. I have been listening to the podcasts from the beginning - just 1 per day -and it is helping so much. I love the real life examples and “3 steps” or “4 steps” to reach the particular goal.
I’ve been working a little bit every day on small things I can change to create more connection and cooperation with my kiddos. My goal is to help myself heal from childhood abuse while helping my kids feel like they are growing up with love and support instead of criticism and harsh words or actions. I feel much more hopeful about my parenting and how they will turn out, instead of afraid I’ve messed them up.”
