“I turned this podcast on right after eating a mid-morning snack and totally felt convicted in a good way. I started to get into the habit of snacking again when I went back to work and had to eat breakfast in a rush and really early in the morning. I justified it because I chose healthy snacks. But listening to this episode made me realize I can make changes to avoid snacking. I need to get over my fear of feeling hungry and just stick to meals without snacking. Thanks ladies!”
