Calling BS on the health and fitness industry. FINALLY!
I'm ex-military, a personal trainer, and yoga teacher and have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge on fitness, nutrition and health - most of which shares the same dogmatic (distorted) view of the health and fitness industry today. Great for short-term succes, horrible for long-term results (I'm speaking from personal expereince here). Kevin's approach to achieving the body and life you love is FRESH, UNIQUE, and SOLID. This is not like any other podcast you will find out there because he uncovers the BS we are fed from the health and fitness industry and gives no-nonsense, sound advice and clear action steps to take if you really want to get the body and life you love. If you are ready to hear something completely different than what all the fitness magazines, trainers, and diet programs out there are saying, listen to this podcast. You won't regret it.
