“I have just started my process of recovery, and I was looking for a good podcast to listen to on my long drive to work. This podcast meets both needs. I used to enjoy listening to the news on the way to work, but the news these days just leaves me in a bad mood, and I need a little break. Mark's podcast leaves me in much better spirits.
