Good for someone new to recovery
I am in the early stages of recovery, and this is the podcast that has helped me the most. It doesn't feel "old" -- it feels fresh, and up to date, yet does reinforce the 12 steps. Meetings can be hard for some of us (social phobias, time, distance, or perhaps just plain denial). This is not a substitute for a meeting, I understand that, but I do think that if anything could help me get to a meeting, this podcast is it. Great music. Great topics. Not too touchy feely. Feels honest to me. Thank you for being here. You are making a difference.Read full review »
