“This was an awesome podcast. I related to a lot of it. I related to being drunk and having sex while intoxicated, so intoxicated that I couldn't say no, this was not exactly what was mentioned but it brought the memories back up. This is not consentual sex. I also related to how often I see drinking and yoga or any type of fitness intermixed. I was trying to stop drinking once (one of many times) and went to yoga/pilates where they were having mimosas after and I caved and had one, this was a few months ago. I have 78 days now. It was triggering to have alcohol at yoga. I will speak up next time this happens. Lastly I related to when Keegan shared about getting pregnant at age 39 or so and then miscarried and how much that affected her. I had a miscarriage (2 this year actually) and first of all being pregnant later in life was harder than I could have ever imagined and two, the first miscarriage was life threatening, and it took me a long time, still is taking a long time to come back from it. So, I am extremely grateful to hear all of this. Thank you so so much!”Read full review »
