Subpar compared to other true crime podcasts
As someone who loves true crime podcasts, I find this one very subpar. Although the stories are interesting, the way they are presented by the host is very robotic. It is very evident at times that a script is being read, which makes the listen feel very formal and uninviting. One thing I really appreciate about other crime podcasts is commentary and/or opinions about the cases/people involved; Red Collar has none of that. Catherine simply lists a series of facts sequentially and that’s all. Very uninspired.

I felt like I was listening to someone speed read. I love all Audiochuck’s podcasts but this is just someone reading a script. The writing is good but super hard to follow the delivery. I gave up.

You know how some podcasts are hard to listen to. The host is annoying perhaps. This is NOT the case with this podcast. Super interesting. Easy to listen to. I love it & will be looking forward to more.
