Don’t change a thing! Except maybe the audio quality.
To all the people out there that are critical about representation of women and certain communities, is that really so important? I’m a queer listener and farmer and haven’t ever felt the podcast lacking, except for the inconsistent audio quality, which I totally understand. John has fascinating people on from many different walks of life, bust most importantly, people that are 4th or 5th generation farmers. People that hold a lot of weight in their communities. People that manage THOUSANDS of acres and can speak to others in their field with credibility. The critiques about a lack of representation should be aimed at the industry and society, not this informative, inspiring and well produced podcast. Keep up the great work!

Restoring our soils is our quickest way forward to decarbonization. Here is a fantastic resource for growers looking for a path to higher profitability with the side benefit of restoring balance to our carbon budget. The business opportunities are significant. The old ways are ripe for disruption.
