Trying to control everything is almost impossible. We can merely control a few things, and when those got out of our hands, they makes feel stressed, mad o even sad. The rain falls in random and that's what makes it so unique. Don't try to control what you know it is out of your reach and leave what is definitely causing you bad or it's being harmed by you.

When we go out in the street, or when we are in front of a group of people, we can feel how the looks burn us. It is probably something of mistrust and concern for the opinions others may have about us. Let's try to be us, accept ourselves as we are with the idea of always improving, worry a little less about others' opinions about our ways of being, and reduce stress and anxiety. It is very difficult, I know it quite well, but taking small steps also leads to the goal.

In bad times, the admiration of nature can bring peace. Even if it is admired in real life or on a screen, it will always serve as a pain reliever. Perhaps not everyone agrees with this idea, but a great majority will not hesitate to approach the calm of the sunset to regain the tranquility worn by daily stress.
