I love these guys!
There are so many things I can say about this podcast... Quite honestly, this is the only Korra podcast I listen to. Matt, Dave, and Devindra analyze each episode after it airs and make comparisons to other shows, comics, movies, etc. They're a really fun bunch to listen to, and sometimes they have guests on the show or have talked to awesome people who work on Korra. One time, Matt had an interview with The Track Team, so that was neat. In the earlier Book 1 podcasts, Dave does have a hard time pronouncing everyone's names, which people give him a lot of flack for, but he seems to not have anymore issues with the Book 2 podcasts, and he's actually has some great input about the show, and lots of knowledge about the animation process, which he ties in to their discussions sometimes. I get a little picky whenever they mess up a bit in the facts of the show and its predecessor Avatar: The Last Airbender (for awhile it seemed like they didn't understand why Azula's firebending was blue, which if you don't know, it's because blue flames are hotter than red flames, and she was a bending prodigy so it makes sense for her to have super hot firebending). But that is probably a minor concern because I am a super huge ATLA and Korra fan, so if you're not as obsessed as me you'll have no problems with that. And even if you are, you'll still enjoy the podcast, because I still very much enjoy the podcast. I listen to it at work a lot because it makes the time go by faster! Basically I love Republic City Dispatch, and highly recommend it!

In the latest episode you guys said that you need a water supply (fresh water, clouds ect.) to waterbend. I thing you are forgetting the episode in Last Airbender 'The Puppet Master' were Hama (the creepy old woman) first introduces bloodbending. In the episode Hama shows Katra that you...Read full review »
