I loved this podcast. The insightful discussions they had is what always made me come back. I'm sad that is its over but I'm holding out hope they rejoin a couple more times now that there's more comics. Would love to hear you guys as a group again.

The hosts of this podcast unpack each episode with care, insight, and pathos. They treat the discussion of the show as something valid and with enough depth to fill an English class discussion. Often world events, history, and culture are tied into their "readings" of each episode of Korra. Their...Read full review »

A perfect companion piece to the Legend of Korra. Each episode is filled with in depth discussions about the show that often provide some good debates between the hosts but one thing that they all have in common is their genuine for Korra

Listening to these guys has become a part of my Avatar ritual and I can't imagine listening to a more thoughtful and good natured group of people. It's been great listening to their analyses of the series, even if I only really jumped on at the end of season 2. It's been a bumpy ride for Korra...Read full review »

Does a great job of extracting nuances from one of the rare cartoons that has tons of nuances to extract. More podcasts (and television shows) like this would make the world a better place.

Why the hell you do this to me.;((( I was listening to the last podcast on the train then leaves from the vine came on and I legit started crying. I love and hate you guys so much lol

If you love Korra then you must hear this podcast. Dave, Joanna, Matt and Devindra are amazing breaking down the eps. This podcast adds so much to viewing experience. I can't recommend this podcast enough.

The Republic City Dispatch is a fantastic compliment to the viewings of Legend of Korra. Lead by Matt Patches, the crew makes some great insight into the deeper meanings of the show, but also have a fun sense of humor, particularly when it comes to speculation. The podcast is unofficial, but you...Read full review »

I stopped listening at 21.43 on the Beyond the Wild's episode. While's it's a decent recap show, they talked of events happening in next week shows, and I stopped to think, what am I doing, when I can just watch the show next week to see it for myself, instead of hearing about it a week...Read full review »

Best Korra Podcast there is I've been an Avatar: The Last Airbender fan since Book One in 2005, and I have been following the universe ever since. I picked up RCD during Book One of Korra, and have been waiting by the phone for each new episode since. I've even started listening to "Fighting...Read full review »

Best Legend of Korra podcast out there! I look forward to listening to it each week and hearing their perspectives on the episodes. It's a wonderful and thoughtful podcast. And arguably one of the more professional ones as well, considering all who are involved in it.

I'm bothered by Joanna's references to ATLA while admitting that she hasn't watched the entire series. It makes her arguments and points of view on Korra less substanial. I'm also tired of the constant callbacks to "Buffy". Believe it or not there are other people in your audience who have not...Read full review »

I watch and enjoy The Legend of Korra with my kids but would probably watch it even if they weren't into it. Having a podcast to accompany the show is awesome and the fact it's a great podcast makes so much better. Keep up the good work.

Been a listener since 2012, and still love listening to this after watching the latest episode of Korra. The commentators have great insight, theories, chemistry and sense of humour that makes Republic city dispatch a joy to listen to while doing things like painting or other time consuming tasks.

Almost as much fun as watching The Legend of Korra. Joanna Robinson has been an excellent mid-series addition to the lineup of hosts. If you’re watching the last few episodes of the show or are making your way through the earlier seasons, RC Dispatch is a perfect companion.

RCD is my next favorite thing besides the actual show. It's incredible how much thought and analysis that can stem from a show that is supposedly for kids. Insightful dialogue from all four hosts as well as entertaining debate about a fantasy world where the politics, themes and ideals are applicable to our own lives and government.

I'm catching up with Korra and it's so nice to have this podcast to accompany each episode. I've enjoyed these hosts on other podcasts and love hearing them on this one. Entertaining and interesting viewpoints. Proves that Korra isn't just for kids!

Listening to these guys is literally the highlight of my week! With such in depth and insightful discussions about Legend of Korra, it's a 'must-listen' for any Last Airbender/Korra fan :) however, it's a shame that their podcast hiatus is just as long as the Korra hiatus!
