Liz Newcomer
Resiliency in Running
In this podcast, we'll talk about the resiliency in running. Running has always been a steadfast for me and my favorite form of therapy, especially when I'm emotionally running from things like heartbreak, trauma, etc. Your host is Liz Newcomer, who will talk through the different relationships and traumas I've *run* from and how running has always been a constant for me. My hopes are to reach an audience that I'll be able to connect with and have an impact on whether you're able to relate, learn, or want to connect to continue the conversation!

Too much navel gazing
I lost count of how many times the words ‘me’ and ‘I’ were mentioned. A more collaborative approach with guests would be better - it’s too much of Liz talking about Liz.

Like a running best friend
I love listening to Liz’s show. The topics are always so well researched and it’s a great mix between life and running guidance.
