I just learned about this podcast recently so I’m working my way through from the beginning. It has been so helpful to hear the experiences of other children of divorce to help make sense of my own story. Thank you!

What an excellent podcast. I’ve listened to three episodes so far and I can relate to so much of this. There is so much isolation with being a child of divorce and I feel I’ve found community with this podcast. Love the Christ-centered tips surrounding every piece of advice.

This is so helpful to me, a young woman coming from a family of divorce and dysfunction. I really enjoy listening to peoples stories, and I especially like the highlight videos from the past few years; They really give you an idea of where to focus for your own healing. God bless everyone...Read full review »

I feel so grateful for this podcast. After my parents’ divorce, I was left with a lot of unanswered questions and feelings leaving me confused and isolated. My friends and family did there best to be present for me and counseling helped, but this community of others who have walked the same road...Read full review »

The more I learn about my Catholic Faith and human formation, the more I trace back so much of what’s going on around me and in my own life to the destruction of marriage and family, and it’s something I’m passionate about. Though I’m not married yet, I believe in my bones that any job I do,...Read full review »

This podcast is extremely helpful and validating. I give them so much credit for challenging the culture’s narrative that divorce isn’t a big deal or that the onus is on the children involved to be “resilient”. Thank you to the guests who have shared their vulnerable stories. I’m over 40 years...Read full review »

Finally, a podcast that helps me understand why my parents’ divorce when I was 5 affected me so much! Joey’s voice is beautiful, his guests articulate and every episode helps me heal. I normally avoid religious content, but this show is so focused on felt experience that it doesn’t come across...Read full review »

This podcast is so healing! From the insights gained, to Joey’s sincere acknowledgment of the pain we feel from our parents divorce. He is one of the few people who have given me permission to grieve my parents divorce even though it happened decades ago, and to make me feel like I’m not crazy...Read full review »

I’m not religious so some ideas discussed here are new to me, yet I’ve gotten so much out of this podcast. I breathe easier listening to Joey discuss a lot of the common feelings adult children of divorce experience.

I have always said that I’m okay, that what happened couldn’t have changed who I always was. Of course it changed me. I still run away from many topics related to divorce, but listening to this podcast isn’t like hearing from a bunch of psychologists tell me all the ways I’m really okay. It’s so...Read full review »

This ministry has helped me through a lot. We all feels alone yet we desire to find a community that understands the pain of being children of divorce. It doesn’t define us yet it is apart of our story. I cannot recommend this podcast enough.
