He concludes that various discriminatory behaviors are advanced by single instances of tolerance which are then followed by "Slamming the door" on further opportunities for women, minorities etc. Proof is offered by listing countries that have elected a woman as leader and never did so again. Like Germany (?). Isn't Merkel still the German Chancellor? So yes, Germany has never elected another woman as Chancellor BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE IS STILL IN OFFICE. Brazil is also listed as an example even though President Roussef is STILL IN OFFICE. Give us a break.
