A triumph of a podcast. A+ on many levels

Drawing upon the past to make better decisions now. Daniels podcast points to one of the main issues of our time - our disconnection from nature and ourselves. I feel so inspired by the content in these shows that it played a big part in changing my worldview and my lifestyle. Recently I launched...Read full review »

I can’t recommend this podcast enough. It’s helped me to understand and reframe movement, diet, death, medicine, sex, and a plethora of other topics in a new light. Easily the most impactful and life-altering podcast I’ve ever listened to.

Excellent podcast. I’ve learnt a lot. Highly recommend people listen to all of these podcasts.

Interesting guests, host talks WAY too much. Sometimes guests can’t get a word in edgewise. Way too long of an intro. I’d like him to get to the guest and do less babbling. Can’t subscribe because of this.

This podcast makes me feel inspired -and- down to earth. I highly recommend listening to Daniel’s “WildFed” podcast as well!

How did Vitalis have a podcast for 2 years and I’m just finding out about it? I’ve heard him speak dozens of times on other people’s podcasts on YouTube mostly. He’s bringing the common practices of people all over the world like drinking water from Springs, squatting when you go, eating wild...Read full review »

I’ve only listened to the first episode of this podcast, and it’s mostly paleo pseudoscience with some sexism, racism, and dangerous information thrown in. In this episode, two men criticize women who give birth in hospitals because it’s not “natural”. I’m a former wildlife biologist and...Read full review »

Vitalis conducts Important Conversations with fascinating individuals doing great work; BUT, I find that his personality and perspective leave much to be desired. Many of his implied or stated beliefs, particularly his technophilia and his animosity towards leftist rewilders, lead me to question...Read full review »

This is a tough one. I have gained a lot from listening to some of these podcasts due to the guests but the interviewer is a fascinating yet very uncomfortable example of certain types of humans who truly believe they are awakened and yet have blind spots the size of the Grand Canyon. Much like...Read full review »

Movement, sleep, food, ancestral connection, human nature, this podcast has it all and is brought together under a strong and logical narrative - the idea of ReWilding. Not for some abstract romanticism about “the way things used to be”, but for real day to day improvements in the human...Read full review »

I just finished listening to every single episode of this podcast. To say that this podcast "changed my life" is cliché, so let me be more specific. This podcast changed the way I brush my teeth, the way I shower, how I sleep, how I adjust the seat in my car, how I exercise, and how I...Read full review »

These podcasts have allowed me to think about our past in a completely different way. Learning by doing, especially from Arthur Haines and Daniel himself, I am now able to hunt and gather most of the food I eat and my wild lifestyle is becoming a little bit wilder every day. At first I have to admit, I was turned off by Daniel's confidence (or overconfindnece), but the show grew on me. I will say that I would like to hear more vulnerability from Daniel, I want to know what he struggles with? What are his growing edges, fears, delimas. I have been struggling to...Read full review »

Daniel Vitalis and a list of incredible guests bring the concept of “rewilding” to life in a very thought provoking and enjoyable way. Ostensibly the wild food angle is the doorway in, but discussions about sexuality, philosophy, economics, and self-care fill out the picture of this primal vital...Read full review »

Something always felt off when listening to this podcast. I was passionate about the topic, however, so I continued to listen.
