Therapy for the Soul
Rhythms for Life podcast has been therapy for my soul. Carving out the time to listen to this podcast has been one small thing I started doing for myself that opened me up to a whole new positive outlook. One small thing led to another and another, guided by encouraging words. Feelings of confidence and self-worth coming back, I am more than my roles. I am truly starting to own that if I take care of myself, it is the best thing I can do for others and the two tiny humans needing me. I am making my rest more intentional and it has fueled my most productive days. TAKING THE time to run in the morning has been life giving and sets up my day. Out of the overflow of my heart I have much because I have been given much. I truly understand that you cannot give what you don’t have. Living depleted and overwhelmed does no good to anyone. Rest well SO THAT YOU CAN Love Deeply. Being more intentional about the Rhythms I am doing and taking that reflective pause to think before mindless doing. You become the best version of yourself.
