Close but....
Rich, I am a long time listener and will continue... but. You need to really think about interviewing structure. You seem to prefer a discussion which I get but when it struggles it can be a bit painful. Case in point Paxman (noted you referred to it in the intro). At times you fall into a scenario of talking about yourself a bit and the “interviewee” has to decide to jump in. Often I would suggest that you have 70% of the airtime. You may hate this and his pod has a different theme (psychoanalysis mainly) but he has a clear structure that helps him. Marc Marron. Sorry if this pisses you off but I do like you and think you have great guests and could do even better. Ps we know you were on and won taskmaster FFS give it a rest now my love!!

I was lucky to be at the recording of the first episode, great experience listening to two incredibly talented individuals entertain a captivated audience. Looking forward to many more of these sessions and amazingly still for free, doesn't get better really.Read full review »
